    Great and interesting talk,

I did react to a statement in the video - "it is none of your business"

This is where it gets tricky, of course I can claim that "my mind is my mind and it is not your business how it works". it is an intimate detail of mine, right?

    But...
At the very same time, some traits/disorders heavily affects your co-workers.
Borderline, Bi-polar, AD(H)D, depression and anxiety to different degrees.

There could be results such as conflict seeking, being argumentative, being the victim, just being loud and annoying, disturbing others.

I think this part of the topic is largely ignored or avoided in discussions.
There have been plenty of blog posts about people in the tech industry with e.g. Bi-polar, getting fired, having problems with their managers etc where the blame is often put on the company/managers in the end.

Of course everyone should be as tolerant as possible, but, pretending that there are no issues that affects others is not helpful.

How do we touch this subject in a constructive way?
